Consecration, Purity & Kingdom First
The measure of your purity will be the measure of your discernment. Consecration is not on our terms, but His. What is the holiness God is demanding of us? Some things He allowed us to do in the past and are ok for others, but are not ok for us. We must come to the Lord and create a discipline that becomes a devotion, an altar unto the Lord. And we will ask the Lord for the preservation, and consecration.
We are called to covenant living with God. He is a God of covenant. When we stand on strong foundations it looks like building practices and disciplines that are sturdy. We must have intimacy with Jesus it is key.
Hebrew 7:11 we are called after the order of Melchizedek. A new order of priests, wearing priestly garments is required at this hour.
A priesthood of intimacy. We are to participate in new levels of consecration, being set apart to operate in priestly authority.
John 15 – being in the vine and staying is where all Kingdom living begins.
Our goal is to be transformed into His likeness daily, 2 Cor 3:18
Superficial Christianity is rotting the church. Spiritual maturity is expensive. 1 Cor 4:12 the earth is crying out for mature sons.
It must be intentional, how we are going to focus on seeking the Kingdom first? We must reflect on these areas:
Inner walk – worship, fasting, prayer, healing and deliverance. Ongoing healing. We must know the Healer to bear the weight of His glory.
Outer walk – what we partake of and engage in of the world and of the kingdom. Simplicity, solitude, submission, service
Corporate walk – what does your corporate fellowship look like? How do you advance the kingdom and transform people, cities, territories and nations.
We must have a methodology and discipline to this. How will we plan our lives around seeking the Kingdom first?
